A new-hire safety induction module, including short videos on noise exposure and substance-use risk at work.

The brief

New employees at Bernat Conseil & Formation's client sites needed a standard safety-induction module covering workplace hazards from day one.

The approach

Built the induction content in Genially with Canva visuals and LearningApps checks, and produced two short topic videos — on workplace noise and on alcohol/substance risk — to make the more sensitive subjects easier to sit through than a straight policy read-through.
